Exeter Fitness Groups - National Fitness Day

18 Sep 2024

To celebrate National Fitness Day, we're taking a look at various Exeter fitness groups, making sure there's something for everyone.

National Fitness Day is an annual campaign that highlights the importance of physical activity, helping to raise awareness of how it assists us in living healthier lifestyles. National Fitness Day is no longer about exercising at just that one moment in time but about the longevity in taking small steps towards a lifestyle which can both protect and improve your health.
