Another full house: Tangelo's Best Companies accreditation

It's been an exciting week in the office for the Tangelo Team who have once again been awarded a Three Star Management Accreditation from employee engagement specialists Best Companies, the highest award achievable.
Following the business' rebrand to Tangelo in January 2022, this is the fifth consecutive year the team has achieved a three-star ranking.
Best Companies, whose recognition programme is the standard for workplace engagement, collate their data based on feedback from employees looking at how engaged people are at work and how they feel about their employer.
The feedback from the Tangelo team makes our three-star ranking all the more important, as the business has been through a period of change. In the past 12 months, many new faces have joined the team, our sales process has been adapted to match our changing business name and model and the team has also gone through a restructure.
Our business is currently based in Exeter, Devon with employees across a variety of departments. As well as a growing sales team, we have teams specialising in Administration, Stock Control, and Marketing, plus a team of drivers who are on hand to deliver vehicles straight to the customer’s door.
As the business continues to grow, so do the opportunities with a number of positions currently available in our sales department.
Tangelo is also a part of City West Country Ltd, a leading automotive group based in the South West of the UK.
