Automatic tailgate
An automatic tailgate is usually only found on the more upmarket cars or those with higher trim levels. But they’re becoming more and more common as they’re such a practical feature, especially for those who struggle to close the boot manually.
The automatic tailgate can be opened and closed just by a press of a button on your keys or from inside the car. This particular model doesn’t have this feature but some cars are fitted with hands-free operation, meaning you can wave your foot under the rear bumper to open the boot which is extremely handy when you’ve got your hands full.
Illuminated vanity mirrors on the sun visors
Found on both the passenger and driver’s sun visors, the illuminated mirrors have been designed with practicality in mind. Creating a convenient and illuminated space for applying makeup or if you’re checking your appearance.
Automatic Headlight Activation
By setting the lights to automatic – this will be the button that’s labelled with the headlights symbol and an ‘A’. This is such a simple feature but nobody wants to realise that they’ve been driving down a dark street for five minutes and have forgotten to turn their lights on.
To check that they are automatically turning on, a light or a symbol in the driver’s instrument cluster will appear when the lights are turned on.
Technology Pack
This BMW X5 comes with the Technology Pack which will enhance your driving experience with features like the Harman Kardon surround sound audio system, a live cockpit professional with Head-up Display, and parking assistant professional.
The Technology Pack would’ve been available at an extra cost, so it’s something that the previous owner would’ve had incorporated.
