To make sure you’re completely satisfied with your used car, at Tangelo we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee to all of our customers, because full transparency is key to us.

Providing a 14-day money-back guarantee gives you that breathing space you need to make sure you’re completely satisfied with your purchase.

Are there any costs associated?

We’d like to say no, but unfortunately there are a few occasions where you may incur some additional costs.

Collection

The cost of vehicle collection is £2 per mile back to your supplying retailer. If the vehicle was delivered via a flatbed truck, we will collect it via the same methods and costs for this service will be applied.

Alternatively, you can return the vehicle yourself to the Tangelo South West Customer Hub in Exeter (with the exception of vehicles that we delivered via a flatbed truck). If this is your preferred option a date and time must be agreed beforehand with your Sales Consultant and all fuel costs and additional travel costs will be your responsibility.

Damage and modifications

If the vehicle has been damaged or modified after delivery we may not accept your refund or you may incur costs for repairs and/or alterations to remedy the changes or damage.

Excess mileage

If you drive your vehicle more than 250 miles after collection or delivery, we may not accept your request for a refund. If the vehicle has covered more than 250 miles after collection or delivery and we do accept the refund a cost of £1 per additional mile over 250 miles will be charged.

Once you have requested a refund we will require proof of mileage. If the vehicle is driven after this point there will be a charge of £1 per mile in excess of what was documented, with the exception of the agreed distance to deliver it back to us.
